Meet our team

Having worked in a civil engineering firm from the age of fifteen, Tom went on to obtain a first class degree in Design Management before working as a project manager in SW London before setting up ALCO. Tom has a wealth of experience in project management, contract administration and is proficient in all aspect of design and build.

Since leaving uni Vicky has held a number of marketing based roles and assists Tom with the day to day running of the business, obtaining new clients and office management.

Zoe gained her PA experience working as an Executive Assistant within global blue-chip companies. After taking a few years out to raise her family she now enjoys supporting Tom and his team with a variety of administration tasks. In her free time, she loves watching her boys play football on a Saturday morning – even if it’s raining!!

A graduate in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management (BSc), Farooq also completed his Masters in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management simultaneously.

Farooq is now a key member of the ALCO team as he is responsible for compiling our quotations.
In his (limited) free time, Farooq enjoys spending time with his family & friends. He also gets bored of his cars very easily and tends to change them more often than most!

Jon looks after our Council House refurbishment contract and handles all day to day responsibilities, liaising with the clients and tenants and generally ensures the jobs are completed on time and on budget. He has quickly proved himself to be an invaluable asset to the company and a steadfastly reliable member of the team.

When not at work you’ll find Jon tinkering in his garage, doing DIY, or ferrying around his 4 kids!

When not at work Russell can generally be found playing hide and seek with his two young children.

Our man that can. General builder, bathroom fitter, tiler, window fitter. No job too big, no job too small. A real people person. When not working you’ll find him in his shed or at a car boot sale.

Our chief bricklayer and general builder. Keen as mustard, an eye for detail and get’s the job done with a smile. An asset to any site. 

When not grafting you’ll find him at a car boot sale looking for treasure, climbing or at the gym.

Ben loves all things copper and takes a real pride in his installations. Does it once and does it right!

In his free time, Arran enjoys tinkering with his motorbike, fishing, and playing with his kids.

Our Trusted electrical subcontractor. George and his team undertake all of our residential, commercial and industrial electrical work in an efficient and proactive manner and always with a smile.

Jordan takes care of all our garden work for ALCO’s strimming pruning mowing planting fencing decking. Jordans plant knowledge is second to none and a thoroughly nice chap too boot.

Having joined the team last year Reece has shown willingness and determination to find himself a place on the team. Currently working as labourer to our multiskilled team he is learning and picking up all aspects of refurbishment works and now a valued member of the team.

When he’s not at work you’ll find him playing computers or baking with his mum.

Alex has been doing ALCO’s roof work for over 10 years and is an invaluable, meticulous, and personable part of the team.

When he’s not at work you’ll find him spending time with his girls or playing competitive chess.

Paul has a passion for woodwork and carpentry. His keen attitude and work ethic has seen him progress well within ALCO and he is an asset to the team. When not working you’ll find him fishing.

Level 2 carpentry apprentice, studying at Basingstoke Technical college. When not at work you’ll find him socialising with his friends or playing football.

When not on duty you’ll find him down the lake hunting for monster carp!
