Client Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The ALCo referral scheme is open to existing and past clients, as well as members of the public who refer a new customer to ALCo Group Ltd.
• The referred person (“Referee”) must be a new customer who has not previously contacted or engaged with ALCo.

2. Referral Reward

• The Referrer (the person making the recommendation) will receive a £50 gift card once the referred customer signs a contract and the building project reaches a minimum value of £25,000 (incl. VAT).
• Only one gift card is issued per referred project.

3. Referee Benefit

• The Referee (the new customer) will receive 5% off their total project cost, factored in at quotation stage.
• This offer applies to new residential or commercial building projects only, with a minimum project value of £25,000 (incl. VAT).

4. Claim Process

• Referrals must be submitted via the ALCo referral form or by contacting our office and quoting the name and contact details of the Referrer before an initial consultation takes place.
• The Referrer will be contacted once eligibility is confirmed and the project is underway.

5. Limitations

• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a discount against future work.
• The 5% discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
• If multiple people refer the same customer, only the first Referrer submitted will be eligible for the reward.

6. General

• ALCo reserves the right to modify or withdraw this referral scheme at any time without notice.
• This scheme is available to UK residents only.
• ALCo reserves the right to withhold or reclaim rewards if fraudulent or unethical behaviour is suspected
