Client Loyalty Scheme

1. Eligibility

  • Only projects contracted directly with ALCo Group or its subsidiary’s and valued over £50,000 (excluding VAT) are eligible for loyalty stamps.
  • Projects must be residential or commercial construction/renovation works — excludes maintenance-only contracts, subcontractor work, or supply-only contracts.
  • Scheme is available to UK-based business or individual clients only.

2. Stamp Issuance

  • One loyalty stamp is issued per qualifying project over £50,000.
  • Stamps are non-transferable and can only be used by the client who earned them.
  • Stamps are issued after final payment for the qualifying project is received in full.

3. Discount Redemption

  • On the second qualifying project:
    • If project is over £50,000, apply 5% discount.
    • If project is under £50,000, apply 2.5% discount.
  • On the third qualifying project:
    • If over £50,000, apply 7.5% discount.
    • If under £50,000, apply 5% discount.
  • Discount applies to labour cost only.

4. Time Limitations

  • Loyalty stamps are valid for 60 months from the date of issue.
  • The scheme may be withdrawn or amended at any time, with 30 days’ notice, but existing stamps remain valid for their issued period.

5. Non-Eligibility / Cancellation

  • Projects cancelled before completion are not eligible for stamps.
  • If payment terms are breached or late, ALCo Group Ltd may withhold stamps or cancel discounts at its discretion.
  • Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion or negotiated discount.

6. Exclusions

  • Insurance-funded works, subcontracted works, or projects awarded through third-party platforms or contractors are excluded.
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
