The project involved renewing drainage, building a single story extension, structural work, new roof, bifold doors, kitchen and internal works.
About the project
Working from architects planning drawings we had the opportunity to work out the best scheme for the site and work up designs as things progressed.
Underpinning was required and had to be done from the neighbours garden. Working on a building notice basis always throws up some unforeseen challenges but all were dealt with efficiently keeping the clients vision in mind at all times.
