The Pepperpot, Godalming
Complete internal refurbishment of this local landmark building for Godalming Town Council.
About the project
We were approached by the local Council to undertake complete refurbishment of this local landmark and meeting space. We worked with the client to come up with a suitable scope of works to maximise and modernise the space so this beautiful listed building can be better made use of in the future for years to come.
We have completely gutted it, new ceilings, bathroom, kitchen, installed LED lighting throughout, smart board and projector with secondary glazing to keep the noise out and the heat in.
We removed the old back boiler and fitted a modern combi boiler to the loft space to drastically improve the thermal efficiency of the old building.
Lastly we will undertake a complete clean of the exterior of the building and a redecoration of the undercroft area with upgraded LED external lighting.
