About the project
The clients wanted to maximise their property and create a new loft level to take advantage of the views afforded by the plot and its advantageous position.
The plot had its difficulties due to access and inability to get lorry’s to site but we overcame them with efficient organization and upheld neighborly relations throughout.
We undertook a front extension and loft extension to maximise space, new stairs top to bottom and structural alterations to divide the first floor up and open up the ground floor to maximise light and the views.
The clients bold choice of colours and interior design really compliment the look of this vibrant modern home.
