We recently used Alco for the first time for an extensive exterior renovation, including replacing all stucco, repair and matched replacement of period fascia boards, new drainage and gutters, repointing, roof works and external redecoration. Throughout the renovation, we were consistently impressed by how smoothly Tom and Jon from Alco managed the entire scope of work. Although they are not the cheapest option, their quality of work is excellent. We did go over budget by 10% due to my choice of new items and an unexpected leak, which was not Alco's fault.
