About the project
The clients wanted to extend and add space to the kitchen and family room at the rear of the property.
We worked efficiently on a tight plot to create the rear extension then made structural alterations to add new front door location.
We removed internal walls and doors to create an open plan feel and worked with the clients electrician to upgrade all the electrics.
New kitchen was fitted and some bespoke joinery.
Finally we upgraded all the windows throughout, clad the external, new gutters, fascia and soffit and fitted glass balustrade.
