73 Busbridge Lane
Whole house refurbishment and renovation.
About the project
What we did
The clients had had a water leak and wanted to make an insurance claim, whilst these works were undertaken they decided to undertake a whole house refurbishment at the same time.
We made some structural alterations, opening the walls between kitchen and lounge and between kitchen and dining room to give a more open plan feel.
There was a new kitchen, new family bathroom, new ensuite formed and added. We replaced the front elevation timber sliding sash windows and new front door and frame.
New flooring to ties the whole ground floor together and new bespoke colour bifold doors, new roof windows and a custom stained glass window added to maximize light in the family lounge.
There were some asbestos removal works and external maintenance carried out at the same time such as fascia and soffit and gutter replacement.
A new recessed fire was added in the lounge to ensure cosy year-round enjoyment of the space.
