We recently used Alco for the first time for an extensive exterior renovation, including replacing all stucco, repair and matched replacement of period fascia boards, new drainage and gutters, repointing, roof works and external redecoration.

Throughout the renovation, we were consistently impressed by how smoothly Tom and Jon from Alco managed the entire scope of work. They skillfully coordinated a variety of tasks seamlessly, incorporating the installation of our replacement windows into the overall schedule.

The work was completed to a remarkably high standard, on schedule and within our agreed budget. Alco’s staff were not only highly skilled and experienced but also very friendly, making the entire process stress-free for us. Their professionalism and the quality of their workmanship truly stood out. I was pleased that ALCo's team thoroughly prepared the areas for exterior decorating producing an excellent result.  Radek and his colleague arrived on time and worked as best they could in difficult weather conditions.  I have no hesitation in recommending ALCo. Tom and Alex proved to be a real find. Dealing with a property requiring sympathetic and complete refurbishment was always going to be a difficult task. They used their high level of expertise and knowledge , to identify and source heritage fittings and

We are very pleased with Alco. Tom and his team are highly professional. Although they are not the cheapest option, their quality of work is excellent. We did go over budget by 10% due to my choice of new items and an unexpected leak, which was not Alco's fault. Yesterday, Tom visited to go over the snag list and noticed issues that I had missed. I had a new wall built plus a side gate fitted as well as repairs made to my front border wall.  The work was carried out very well and everyone concerned was friendly, polite and helpful.   I was kept informed during the whole process.
