About the project
The client’s roof was tired and failing in parts and as such was due for replacement, having previously completed a full house renovation back in 2020 ALCo were the preferred choice for the subsequent roofing works.
We organised a survey, estimate, scaffolding and replacement roof, fascia, soffit and guttering works with our in-house roofing division.
Whilst there we also replaced the defective Velux roof windows.
The clients were given samples and options on the roof tiles themselves and were compared based on aesthetics and cost. The options and samples for fascia and guttering; colour, material and finish were discussed and a revised colour scheme decided upon.
The end result as you can see if a brand new roof with our full 5 year workmanship guarantee.
