Here at ALCo Construction, our single point contact project managers are here to help ensure that all aspects of your next refurbishment and maintenance projects are undertaken to exacting standards and ensure they conform to your budget, schedule, and expectations.

We offer a wide range of building renovation services to Surrey and the surrounding areas, from groundwork to tiling to kitchen fitting, we have you covered. Our team are fully trained to get the job done and get it done right, so that is one less thing to worry about when planning your commercial, education or residential renovations.

Services undertaken include:

• Audio visual/WI-FI – we are able to provide the installation and maintenance for both audio visual and Wi-Fi for your building renovation.
• Bathroom Alterations – this can be anywhere from adding a new bathroom entirely, updating the bathroom you already have or even adapting the bathroom to make it more accessible.
• Bespoke furniture – if you have a vision in mind but you can’t seem to find it anywhere, we can help to make your vision into a reality, by making it bespoke just to you.
• Brickwork – with old buildings, sometimes they need a little more attention to their brickwork, both inside and out, to prevent them from collapsing. It can also be a small change that makes a big difference to your renovations, it can instantly update the look of the building.
• Building automation – there are a variety of building automation tools we provide for our clients, from lighting automation to fire systems to CCTV, no matter if it’s on a commercial or residential basis.
• Decorating – whether you need a single room updated, or a full building, we have the team and the specialists to complete your dream building renovation.
• Groundwork – making sure the foundation of your building is secure should always be a priority, which is why we offer groundwork services to our clients to make sure they get the longevity out of the renovated building.
• Joinery -we are able to assist you with your joinery needs, whether this be creating new window frames, doors or furniture, or updating the wood you already have in your building, our specialist team can help.
• Kitchen Fitting – whether you want to upgrade your home kitchen, or a kitchen of a much larger scale, such as a café, ALCo Construction are able to work to your specifications to help your dream kitchen come to life. You may want a completely new kitchen or just some adjustments, we can talk through the options and help you decide what’s best for your vision.
• Landscaping/hardscaping – a driveway and a garden can help to make your home feel complete. Whether you need a complete re-do, or if you just want to update what you already have, we can help with those final finishing touches.
• Mechanical services – this involves the installation, maintenance, and the control of systems in your building such as air conditioning, heating and many more.
• Plastering/Dry lining/Rendering – when it comes to building renovation, you want to make sure each room has been plastered correctly to prevent further issues in the future. We can also provide dry lining which will enable the wall to be decorated right away, so can be a better option if you are in a rush. We also provide rendering to the external walls to either give them a smooth or textured finish.
• Plumbing & heating – we provide both installation of plumbing and heating, whether you have a new bathroom that needs installing or a bathroom that needs updating, we can help. We can also make sure the heating in the building is working correctly, which usually starts with the boiler.
• Tiling – whether you are looking for floor or wall tiling, ALCo Construction are here to help you.

Along with our full liability insurance all our contractors hold necessary qualifications for gas, mechanical and electrical installations. Every building renovation job is certified and signed off accordingly.
