About the project
The clients needed more space for an expanding family. The requirement was for a larger more modern kitchen, living area, play room and utility space.
The project had some access and egress issues which meant ground works and construction had to be done in a sympathetic way to the site conditions. We constructed a beautiful single story rear extension and opened up the house into the new space with a luxury kitchen fitted. Beautiful parquet flooring and a lovely external patio ties the inside and outside space really making the most of the space available.
