External re-decoration and maintenance package including sash window restoration and coloured render refreshing.
About the project
We worked along side the principle contractor to restore and re-decorate 110 sash windows, bespoke steel fire escape and porch and external render.
We were limited to carrying out the project within the summer holidays so a large team was required to get the project handed over in time for the new term.
All windows were eased and adjusted, wet rot treated and primed, undercoated and 2 top coats of gloss to achieve a long lasting finish.
All render was thoroughly cleaned and given 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield masonry paint as required.
